Breens Values

At Breens, we base everything we do around what ‘s best for our students’ learning. We encourage our students to be the BEST- Better Every Single Time. The values of our school also reflect this motto and are based on the Breens Tree of Values.

The values on the tree encourage the students to be brave, brilliant, bold, beautiful and to show belonging.

The Totara is an important symbol for our school as, years ago, there was a forest of Totara trees in this area. The tree also symbolises the growth and development of our students in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Breens’ students are encouraged each day to incorporate the Breens Values into their day. Many of our students have created presentations for the school assemblies, telling us what the tree means to them. See for yourself what they think of the Breens Values.
